How to Treat Golfers Elbow at Home

Golfers usually meet with a problem named Medial Epicondylitis ( golfer’s elbow. It is an injury to the muscles that flex your wrist and fingers. There is an injury in the bony bump on the inside of the elbow where these muscles attach. This is caused by the damaged muscle tissue at the point it anchors to the arm bone at the elbow. Medial Epicondylitis (Golfer's Elbow) is caused by repetitive forceful gripping while flexing and twisting the wrist.
