Sports tape is a saviour for treating and preventing injuries, but some people dread when it is time to rip off the tape!
Try using eucalyptus or olive oil to loosen and soften up the tape. Once it has soaked it, slowly lift up the tape from the corners to take it off. Treat the area with some moisteriser to treat the skin after you take the tape off.
Before reapplying new tape, make sure the area is clean free of moisterisers and oils, recommend rubbing with an alcohol swab of wash the area with soapy water first.
